What This Site Is

ElfSurgery is an informational directory. It is not medical advice, not a recommendation of any surgeon, and not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

Community ratings, review summaries, and sentiment descriptions report what people have said in public forums and submitted reviews. They are not assertions of fact by ElfSurgery. We compile publicly available information. We do not verify the clinical competence of listed surgeons. Inclusion is not endorsement; exclusion is not criticism.

We do not accept payment from surgeons or clinics for listing, placement, or reviews.

If You Submit a Review

By submitting a review, you represent that it is truthful and based on genuine personal experience, that it does not contain knowingly false statements of fact, and that you are not acting on behalf of any surgeon, clinic, or competitor.

You grant ElfSurgery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and create AI-generated summaries of your submitted content. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

You agree to indemnify ElfSurgery, its operators, and its contributors from any claims arising from content you submit.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElfSurgery and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including decisions about surgery or choice of surgeon. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed AUD $100.

Some jurisdictions limit liability caps. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

Corrections and Disputes

Healthcare providers who believe information on their listing is inaccurate may request a correction at hello@elfsurgery.com. We will correct verifiable factual errors promptly.

If you believe any content on this site is defamatory, contact hello@elfsurgery.com with the specific content, the basis for your concern, and your proposed resolution. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 days and respond substantively within 28 days.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By using this site you agree to these terms. We may update them; continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
